The CPA Trust, a registered charity, was set up in 2004 to support the development of improvements in the quality of medical laboratory services.

Other Funding
This year the CPA Trust has also provided funding of £3,450 towards the restoration and support of the Pathological Museum collection at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry.
In addition, funding of £13,000 has been granted towards the educational meeting “What is Quality in Pathology?” held on 12 and 13 October 2009.
