Standard A11

As the new standards are now in force we are expecting the first annual reviews to be submitted in addition to annual registration forms.

In anticipation we have drafted a format for a template that could be used to provide this information. The suggestion is that an executive summary is submitted to CPA and not the full document.

It is suggested that laboratories still in the old system should also submit an executive summary if they are working towards the new standards.
